Male Condoms

Condoms should be used as a form of protection against many sexually transmitted diseases, such as HIV and AIDS amongst others. Here is a brief guide on how to use male condoms.

Step 1

Take the condom out of the packet. Make sure the expiration date has not passed. Be careful not to rip the condom when opening the packet.

Place the condom onto the erect penis ensuring that it the right way on. The condom should have the roll to the outside. Pinch the teat of the condom to expel any air.

While still squeezing the closed end, use your other hand to unroll the condom gently down the full length of the penis. Make sure the condom stays in place during sex; if it rolls up, roll it back into place immediately.

Step 4

Slide the condom off ensuring that the semen is not spilled. Tie a knot in the condom and dispose of it carefully.
